LegalPointer.com (the "Site"), is a web-based application that provides a directory of attorneys, organized by location with the intention of connecting consumers who need an attorney with one near them. The Site is created, maintained, and operated by Nucleus Medical Media, Inc. DBA Medical Legal Art (the "Provider"), a U.S. corporation based in the state of Georgia.
Our Commitment to Privacy
This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") was developed as an extension of our commitment to combine the highest-quality products and services with the highest level of integrity in dealing with our clients and partners. The Policy is designed to assist you in understanding how we collect, use, and safeguard the personal information you provide to us and to assist you in making informed decisions when using our site and our products and services. The Information We Collect

If you are an attorney: In order to allow for your participation in the directory and referral services provided through the Site, you must provide basic contact information, including the following: your name, firm's name, mailing address, email address, and phone number. If you are not an attorney: in order to request a contact from a specific attorney, you must provide basic contact information, including your email address and optionally a telephone number.
- Your Communications With Us
In addition to providing the foregoing information, if you choose to correspond further with us through email or other formats, we may retain the content of your communications together with our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that we employ in the maintenance of information received by mail and telephone.
- Web Site Use Information
Similar to other commercial web sites, the Site occasionally utilizes a standard technology called "cookies" (see Our Use of Cookies, below) and web server logs to collect information about how the Site is used. Information gathered through cookies and web server logs may include the date and time of visits, the pages viewed, time spent at our web site, and the web sites visited just before and just after our web site. This information is collected on an aggregate basis. None of this information is associated with you as an individual.

If you are an attorney: We display on the Site your name, firm name, contact information, and other details necessary for a consumer to make a decision on using you as a legal resource. If you are not an attorney, your information is not displayed on the Site. If you elect to request that a listed attorney contact you, your email address and optional telephone number will be shared with that specific attorney.
- For Updates, Marketing, and Promotions
To notify you about important changes to the Site, and for marketing and promotional purposes, such as to send you news and newsletters, special offers, and promotions, or to otherwise contact you about products or information we think may interest you, including information about third-party products and services.
- For Analytics
We may provide aggregate information about our customers, sales, web site traffic patterns, and related web site information to our Affiliates or reputable third parties, but this information will not include personally identifying data, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy.
- To Comply with Law

Whether or not you are an attorney, the information collected about you may be accessed by or shared with subsidiaries and affiliates of the Provider, whose use and disclosure of your personal information is subject to this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose or transfer information, including personal information, as part of any merger, sale, or transfer of our assets, acquisition or restructuring of all or part of our business, bankruptcy, or similar event.
